1st Course: Crostini topped with everything bagel cream cheese, avocado slices, smoked salmon, capers, & micro greens                                            Wine: Treveri Sparkling Gewurztraminer

3rd Course: Creamy Irish Vegetable Soup created from a blend of potatoes, leeks, carrots, celery, onions & vegetable stock                                          Wine: Novelty Hill Stillwater Creek Rousanne

4th Course: Guinness Irish Stew filled with beef, bacon potatoes, celery, carrots, pearl onions, Guinness Beer & beef broth                                      Wine: Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
